Born in Mexico City and raised in Tijuana, Ximena’s journey began early, shaped by her innate passion for design and formal training at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in San Diego. Her career has spanned decades, including collaborations with global brands like Victoria’s Secret & Limited Brands, before launching her own label.

In 2007, Ximena was honored with the Designer of the Year award for Excellence in Evening Wear at Miami Fashion Week, highlighting her unique ability to merge artistry with practicality. Her influence extended further as a designer and judge on The Fashion Hero, a globally aired series reaching 42 countries via Amazon Prime and other networks.

Ximena’s designs have been celebrated in prestigious publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and Glamour Magazine. Her collections have graced the runways of fashion weeks in Miami, New York, Malaysia, Mexico, Los Angeles, and more, and her work has been showcased on networks like FOX, Telemundo, Univision, MTV, E! Entertainment, and FashionTV.

Beyond her artistry, Ximena is a global business strategist with established connections for mass production in India, Mexico, Vietnam, and Colombia. She partners with clients to scale prototypes into high-quality collections, focusing on women’s clothing and accessories, while ensuring excellence at every stage of production.

Ximena also dedicates her time to community initiatives. Through partnerships with the City of Los Angeles and various foundations, she teaches fashion design and sewing to juvenile youth transitioning out of incarceration, planting the seeds for a brighter tomorrow. She also leads seasonal projects with her “Beauty Squad,” offering free makeovers to women in need, restoring confidence and dignity through the transformative power of fashion.
