If we’re aligned and ready to move forward, I’ll request a non-refundable deposit to begin crafting a detailed estimate. This deposit—approximately 10% of the total project—demonstrates your commitment and allows me to dive into planning, gather essential details, conduct research, and outline the foundation of your project.
3. Customized Planning
Once I’ve gathered all necessary information, I’ll create a detailed estimate tailored to your specific needs. After you review and approve the estimate, we’ll finalize our collaboration with a signed contract and a non-disclosure agreement to ensure your vision remains secure. At this stage, a payment of 25% of the total project cost will be required to officially begin production or execution.
